Statement Regarding Data Processing For Purpose Of Using Web-Portal (hereinafter "Statement") relates to Kaspersky Password Manager for Windows (hereinafter "Software").
All terms used in this Statement have the same meaning defined in the End User License Agreement (EULA) under the clause "Definitions".
Please carefully read the terms of this Statement, as well as all documents referred to in this Statement, before accepting it. If the Software is used within a legal entity or on the Computer used by several individuals, You must ensure that they have understood and accepted the conditions of this Statement before data processing begins.
Data Protection and Processing
The Rightholder handles the data it receives from the End User under this Statement in accordance with the Rightholder's Privacy Policy published at: https://www.kaspersky.com/products-and-services-privacy-policy.
Purposes of Data Processing
The Web-Portal helps You remotely manage Your acquired licenses and the protection of your Computer, as well as provide safe storage of Your account information (logins and passwords), data about Your bank cards, addresses, notes, documents, and other important information during use of the Computer. During Your use of this functionality, the Rightholder receives from Your Computer and processes information about the Software, the acquired license, information about the Computer in accordance with this Statement.
Processed Data
Certain data which is processed under this Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder under this Statement:
Version of the installed software; version of the operating system installed on the user's computer; Software ID derived from the license; user ID issued after successful user authentication on Web-Portal; protocol ID; ID of the KSN service accessed by the Software; unique device ID; computer name on the network (domain name); one-time password for device registration on Web-Portal; device type; Web-Portal account ID; unique device ID on Web-Portal; user login for the Web-Portal account; Software activation code; Software localization; ID of the entry in the Software password database; type of the entry in the Software password database; encrypted content of the entry in the Software password database; hash of the primary password that unlocks the Software password database; password database version used by the Software; encryption parameters of the Software password database; authentication data of the application in Kaspersky Lab services; ID of the Rightholder's resource; URI to which the identity provider's response is sent; value generated for request verification; parameters requested from the identity provider; name of the identity provider.
The list of entry types and contents provided to the password database may vary in different Software versions, according to the User guide for the particular version. These differences do not stop the password database from being shared by other compatible versions of Software.
Your Choice to Participate
It is entirely Your choice to automatically send data to the Rightholder on a regular basis under this Statement. You can withdraw Your consent at any time by disconnecting Your Software from the Web-Portal as described in the User Manual.
